Vettel Wins Malaysian Grand Prix 2010
Sebastian Vettel has something to smile about at last. After very disappointing races in Bahrain and Australia, Vettel started Malaysian Grand Prix in the best possible way, overtaking team mate Webber who had pole position. Both Red Bull drivers had an excellent race and gave their team the first one-two of the season.
In, what can be described as a very forgettable race, the biggest battles on the track were between Ferrari and McLaren. Hamilton managed to hold off Massa in the final laps, with the Brazilian overtaking Button earlier on. Alonso was desperately trying to catch up with team mate Massa and overtake Jenson as well, but 1 lap before the end he had to retired due to engine failure.
Another great race for Kubica and Nico, who are quietly getting points under the noses of the world title challengers.
Who knows, may be the tide is turning and its Ferrari and McLaren’s turn to lose a few races due to technical problems, while Red Bull’s drivers make a serious claim for the title.
